Chicago bred rap superstar Kanye West popped the
question to Kim
Kardashian this week with a 15-carat
Lorraine Schwartz ring, but they reportedly plan
to protect
their assets before walking down the aisle.
Sources
close to the duo told TMZ that they
plan to draw up
a prenup before saying "I do."
The
insiders added that they are going ahead with the legal
document not because
Kardashian, who has been married
twice before, and West think the marriage will
fail, but simply
because they are business people and "it’s just the smart
thing to do."
Despite
the prenup, according to the gossip site the two will
allegedly still have a
joint account.
Kardashian
is reportedly worth an estimated $40 million
while West is reportedly worth around $100 million.
West
proposed to his girlfriend on her 33rd birthday Monday
at San Francisco's
AT&T Park arranging for the Jumbotron
at the stadium to read “PLEEEASE
MARRY MEEE!!!" while
a 50-piece orchestra played Lana Del Rey's

It also was reportedly filmed for the "Keeping with the
Kardashians" reality show.
Two weeks ago, talk show host Arsenio Hall made a wager with St Louis bred rap superstar Nelly on his late night show. If the Dodgers
beat the St. Louis Cardinals (Nelly’s hometown team) in the NCLS,
Nelly would have to return to the show to perform ‘Country Grammar.’ If
the Cardinals win, Hall would have to perform the same song while wearing a Cardinals
jersey.
As many sports fans already know, the Cardinals didn’t
beat the Dodgers. They blew them out — St. Louis
It also means Hall lost the bet, and earlier this week he
held up his end of the bargain.
The
talk show host was introduced with some small taunting by Nelly, but still
performed ‘Country Grammar’ wearing an Ozzie Smith Cardinals jersey. Smith is a
Hall of Fame shortstop who played for St. Louis
‘It all started when Nelly made an appearance on the Arsenio Hall Show to
promote his latest album, M.O., right in the midst of the Cardinals-Dodgers
series for the pennant.
Hall began the interview proclaiming that the Dodgers,
"his team," would triumph over the Cardinals, and challenged Nelly to
a bet. If the Dodgers won, Nelly was to return to the show tonight and perform
his breakout hit, "Country Grammar," dressed in a Dodgers uniform.
Nelly agreed: "It's gotta be Jackie Robinson, though," he insisted,
to Hall's approval. If the Cardinals won, however, Hall was to perform the song
himself, wearing a Cardinals uniform -- Ozzie Smith's, at Nelly's insistence.
"It's a
bet!" said Hall. "I'll even do a backflip!"
In other Nelly newz, Former video vixen Tae Heckard posted a cute picture of herself alongside Nelly on Instagram during a bowling date over last weekend in Hollywood, seemingly confirming speculation that the two are dating. It is believed the pair has been together since at least January, but both have been quiet about their status.
Prior to Heckard, Nelly was with fellow artist Ashanti. Though neither Nelly nor Ashanti ever admitted to being together, they had been a couple for at least 10 years, and have made numerous public appearances together.
In August, Global Grind asked him about their relationship, and Nelly replied, "I don’t know, I think that’s the only question I ever said nothing about. Any other question that anybody has ever asked me personally, I’ve volunteered to answer. Like, I’ve never not answered anything else."
He was most recently by Ashanti's side last October to help celebrate her 32nd birthday.
The 38-year-old rapper is said to have broken up with the singer because she was cheating.
He has now moved on with Heckard, whom he met nearly 10 years ago on the video set of his song “Grillz.” She even has his nickname, “Mo,” tattooed on her lower back. "M.O." is also the title of Nelly’s seventh studio album.
Heckard has also had a continuing role of the BET hit, "The Game." Nelly has not commented on their relationship, and nor has Heckard.
Through two World
Series games between the Cardinals and Red Sox,
each has notched a victory. So now the series shifts to the city of the Arch, St.
Louis 8:07 p.m. ET /7:07 local time in Busch
Stadium -- the pitching matchup pits Jake Peavy of the Red Sox against Joe Kelly for the home Cardinals.
Games 4 and 5 also will be played
at Busch Stadium. If needed Games 6 and 7 will return back to
Fenway.

7 percent higher television ratings for Fox Sports than last year’s opener
between the Detroit Tigers and San Francisco Giants, according to the network. The game was seen in 9.4 percent of households in
the top 56 U.S.

The highest priced ticket available as of

average ticket price is already soaring for a potential game 7, with an average
asking price of $1,852.
Part of the reason for the price disparity is
the Cardinals' success in recent years. St. Louis has has been in the National
League Championship Series for three consecutive years, while the Red Sox
haven't been in the playoff since 2009.

numbers for VH-1 when it aired Monday.
Pulling in 4.5 million viewers Monday night, VH1 scored the
highest-rated original cable movie of 2013
with CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story, the biopic that
chronicles the R&B group’s rise to fame.
CrazySexyCoolscored a 2.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic
and a 5.5 rating for women 18-34, making it VH1’s highest-
rated original movie ever.
In addition to ratings, CrazySexyCool also took hold of Twitter: According to SocialGuide, the TV movie was the most-tweeted program on TV last night, generating 1.92 million tweets with the hashtag #CrazySexyCool.
CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story tells the story of Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas (KeKe Palmer), Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes (Lil Mama), and Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins (Drew Sidora) and how they became one of the best-selling female groups of all time before losing one of their own.
Also, two of its stars are from Illinois. Palmer who's from Robbins, Ill and Sidora who is from Chicago.
The Kansas City Chiefs will get no reprieve from those
harping on their easy schedule this week as theCleveland Browns take a visit to Arrowhead Stadium

According to stltoday.com, Fair St. Louis is making a major move next year, uprooting itself from its long-standing home on the grounds of the Gateway Arch to a new temporary home in Forest Park.
The news, tipped by the Post-Dispatch in September, was confirmed by dignitaries including Mayor Francis Slay at a news conference Wednesday night.
A $380 million Gateway Arch grounds revamp is necessitating the move. The only time the Fair wasn’t at the Arch grounds was in 2008 when it moved to Soldiers Memorial because of flooding.
The 34th annual Fair St. Louis will take place July 3-5 centered at the Art Hill area of Forest Park. The move is expected for 2014 only.
Additional details are reportedly not expected until after the new year.
