Ahead of her SXSW (South by South West) Music Keynote Conversation in Dallas, Tx. on Wednesday, First Lady Michelle Obama has a released song titled “This Is For My Girls” that features Missy Elliott, Kelly Clarkson, Zendaya, Kelly Rowland, Janelle Monáe, Lea Michele, Jada Grace and Chloe x Halle. Y
Obama is making history by becoming the only First Lady with a number one single on the Billboard music charts. It took over the No. 1 slot on the real-time Billboard + Twitter Trending 140 Wednesday (March 16), becoming the most shared and discussed track on the platform hours after its midnight ET release. The Emerging Artists chart measures the volume of tweets around new artists and their songs.
The track is described as a "global call-to-action" in support of the Obamas'Let Girls Learn initiative as well as the First Lady's #62MillionGirls campaign, targeted towards helping young ladies around the world complete their education.
FLOTUS doesn’t sing on the track, which was written by legendary songwriter Diane Warren, but she did assemble the track with AOL’s Makers to promote her Let Girls Learn initiative, which helps provide access to education to the estimated 62 million girls around the world without schooling. The song’s proceeds will go the Peace Corps Let Girls Learn Fund.
Chloe x Halle performed the song live during the keynote address Wednesday morning at SFSX at the White House, which will feature a discussion between the First Lady, Elliott, Warren, Sophia Bush and Queen Latifah, who will moderate the conversation. The event will be live-streamed on MAKERS.com starting at 11:30 a.m. ET.
One critic described the track as “This Is for My Girls” is a rare track where the stars in attendance don’t try to outshine each other. They let their co-stars excel at their own strengths, which really is a solid message for “my girls.”
Now the question is, will the song be nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Pop Collaboration next year and actually win. Anything is possible. Besides, her husband has two of them on his mantle.
People are talking about the surprise proposal that NFLer Russell Wilson made to his GF singer/model Ciara this week

Following Paris Fashion Week, Russell reportedly surprised Ciara with a surprise holiday, playing a game of "travel roulette," Wilson gave his future (pun intended) wife 30 possible destinations in the world to guess where she was headed. "She was shocked when they landed in the Seychelles at the exclusive resort North Island," adds her rep.

We are happy for the couple. Its hard enough being in the public eye as a star couple, but doubly tough when the odds are against them especially with their exes (His posted a bigger ring on social media and hers blasted her about her rep). Their image of abstinence before marriage have been upheld in the media and enforcing the "Christian" values of marriage.

For more than two decades, the world's largest music-publishing catalogue was split down the middle in ownership between Sony and the late Michael Jackson. But as of this month, that power structure will undergo a drastic change: Sony has agreed to buy out the Michael Jackson estate's half of Sony/ATV Music Publishing for $750 million.

In one of the most notorious deals in music history, Jackson famously purchased ATV Publishing for more than $41.5 million in 1985 — outbidding his friend Paul McCartney to acquire a significant amount of the Beatles publishing catalogue — and sold half of ATV's shares to Sony a decade later to form Sony/ATV. But when Jackson died, in 2009, he reportedly left his estate more than $500 million in debt (which the estate has largely resolved thanks in part to posthumous success).

Last September, reports circulated that one side was looking to buy out the other after Sony initiated a clause in the contract that would allow such a deal, though it was unclear at the time who was buying whom. (Both sides were rumored to be interested in selling their stake.) It now appears that the Jackson estate, in a bid to free up its debt, has agreed to Sony's lucrative buyout.
The deal, which is expected to be closed later this year or early in 2017 following regulatory approval, will put Sony in sole ownership of the largest music-publishing catalogue in the world.

Many conspirators are saying this is the reason why the King of Pop died, or in Latoya's words, "murdered" because he had the most lucrative publishing catolog in music history and he refused to sell it back to Sony  (Remember when Jackson publically called then Sony president Tommy Motalla "The devil?) Enough said.

Actress Elise Neal broke the Internet recently when she WOWed fans with a bikini photo ahead of her 50th birthday, She shared a picture of herself in a black bikini that was taken just two weeks previous by photographer Todd Westphal.
"#FBF when @ishootamerica wanted to take pics before we got to the location .. #prebdaybehavior #blackdontcrack," Neal captioned the snapshot. (SEE FIT BITZ ON MORE ON THIS STORY)
Well, we must say she does look great and didnt have to take off her clothes and pose with a champagne bottle. We just sayin.

Grammy Award winning singer Ron Isley was the latest celebrity who got caught in an Internet death hoax.  A Facebook page with the caption, "R.I.P. Ronald Isley" got a million people grieving. But TMZ got the 74-year-old singer out and about this past Monday at the Century City mall in L.A. and his heart was beating and his pulse was strong.
The inaccurate Facebook page read:
At about 11 a.m. ET on Monday (March 14, 2016), our beloved singer Ronald Isley passed away. Ronald Isley was born on March 21, 1941 in Cincinnati. He will be missed but not forgotten. Please show your sympathy and condolences by commenting on and liking this page.
We wonder who comes up with these hoaxes in the first place? But good that it was a hoax but we are sure the hoax brought some life to his getting trended on social media. This would be perfect timing if he released a single on this. How about "I'm Not La-da-da-da Dead"  LOL

And lastly, we send condolences to the Montgomery Family as Andre Montgomery, the grandson to Welcome To Sweetie Pies star Robbie "Miss Robbie" Mongomery was murdered this week.
Montgomery, 21, was killed in the shooting  Tuesday inside the home in the 3900 block of Natural Bridge Avenue in St Louis. Police say that after someone shot Montgomery, the second man ran upstairs to help him. A third man who was in the home saw the second man carrying a gun and shot that man because he feared for his safety. There is no suspect in the shootings, according to TMZRobbie told TMZ that the home where Montgomery was shot has a recording studio, where he was recording a rap. She said that she was told that her grandson received a phone call during the session and was told to meet someone outside. When he went outside, he was shot, Robbie said.
He had appeared in past seasons on the family’s reality TV show, “Welcome to Sweetie Pie’s,” on the Oprah Winfrey Network. He graduated in 2013 from McCluer North High School, and the ceremony was featured on the show.
