St Peters, Mo. resident Lucy is the latest in many who has gone viral.  When Lucy’s father pulled out his video camera to record her hysterical attempt to walk the family dog, he never thought it would be seen around the world.
But that’s just what happened.  After a family stroll, Lucy’s dad decided to put the video on his Facebook page. And after a good response, he thought, why not post it to YouTube?
Well, since then, YouTube viewers have enjoyed letting this little girl’s laugh lighten their mood this week.
The video has already gotten nearly 2 million YouTube views and has been showed on news programs across the U.S. as well as in Belgium and London.

The video  is of a little girl walking her dog — and then intentionally dropping the leash and laughing maniacally —
"She kept asking for the leash, just so she could drop it and watch my dog run with it dragging behind him," her father wrote on YouTube.

St. Louis native jazz musician Clark Terry was recently inducted in the  2013 i Nesuhi Ertegun Jazz Hall of Fame. The ceremony will take place   June 4 in Manhattan.

Why are people so surprised that President Obama is proposing to cut Social Security? Why is Easter celebrated on different days and months in March and April? Why  is actress Anne Hathaway so hated in Hollywood? Why are there so many episode gaps for new episodes of the show "Scandal'? Why do Phaedra and Kenya have booty fitness videos? Why is BEt trying to downplay the low ratings of The Game? Why does Robin Thucke think doing The Real Husbands of Hollywood was bad for his singing career?
