Kim Kardashian and Kanye West sued a co-founder of YouTube on Thursday claiming he violated a confidentiality agreement by posting a video of the couple's marriage proposal to his new video sharing website.
The couple's lawsuit states Chad Hurley wasn't invited to the elaborate Oct. 21 proposal at San Francisco's AT&T Park, but was allowed to stay because he signed an agreement not to post any video or images from the event. West allowed other cameras to film the event for possible broadcast on E! Entertainment Television, home to his fiancee's show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," according to the suit.
Hurley posted a fuzzy 2 ½ minute long video on his new website MixBit, that showed West proposing to Kardashian while an orchestra played. The video also showed the ensuing celebration with Kardashian's family and invited guests toasting the newly-engaged couple.
Kardashian and West are seeking unspecified damages from Hurley and his company, Avos Systems Inc.
"Exclusive rights, such as those sold by plaintiffs to publication of video of the event, are particularly valuable," the lawsuit states. "If people violate these rights ... they are of substantially diminished value."
A message sent through MixBit seeking comment from Hurley was not immediately returned.
West proposed to Kardashian on her 33rd birthday; the couple's first child North West was born in June.
The lawsuit was first reported by celebrity website TMZ.

In more Ye newz, he  stopped by “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” Tuesday with a stunning case on the syndicated radio program for why he and fiancée Kim Kardashian are more influential than the first couple.

During the interview, West was frank in his assessment of his influence on popular culture. “People get really hung up in the way I word things, but I’m the best,” he told Seacrest. “That’s the bottom line.”

Despite the self-confidence, the 36-year-old rapper expressed frustration with being held back by “classism.” Such bias is not only stalling his career, he said, but is holding back his fiancée, reality star Kim Kardashian.

“Now for me, what I want to create isn’t about black and white, but the reason why I’m not able to create what I want to create is about being black and is about classism,” he explained. “And that’s that wall when I took my girl to the Met Ball and they put it up on Vogue.com and tried to say she wasn’t there because they didn’t want a reality show girl there.

“It’s no way Kim Kardashian shouldn’t be on the cover of Vogue,” West continued. “She’s like the most intriguing woman right now. Barbara Walters is calling every day. Of course, we’re the most interesting and collectively we’re the most influential, especially in clothing.”

With a steady stream of superlatives, West makes his point clear: He believes he and Kardashian are tops, better even than the first couple of the United States.
“No one is looking at what [President] Obama is wearing,” he said. “Michelle Obama cannot Instagram a pic like what my girl Instagrammed the other day.”

West was referring to the revealing swimsuit selfie that Kardashian, 33, posted to Instagram Oct. 17. Following a flattering comparison to the first lady, West went on to praise his “girl” for being “one of the most beautiful people of all time.”

And in more Ye newz, he kicked off his 'Yeezus' tour in Seattle, WA on a couple weeks ago and what
got folks talking was the stage production (which included a giant mountain top), merchandise (t-shirts with skulls and confederate flags printed on them), and Kanye West's guest, a Jesus Christ look-alike.

The actor dressed as Jesus walked on stage before 'Ye performed his College Dropout hit, "Jesus Walks." "White Jesus, is that you?… Oh, shit!," he said jokingly, according to MTV News. Ye', alongside a group of women back-up dancers dressed in white, later bowed to the Jesus look-alike as he stood on the mountain top.

Kanye tells Wild in 94.9 in San Fransico:

“I had a friend of mine that is a pastor and we were

discussing how we were going to deliver it. My girl

even asked afterwards “isn’t that weird if Jesus comes on

stage or something like that?” No we do plays all the time

where people play Jesus. What’s awesome about

Christianity is that we are allowed to portray God. Wer’e

allowed to draw an image of Him. We’re allowed to make

movies about Him. Other religions you can’t do that.

Michelangelo did it…It’s a painting, it’s a sculpture, it’s a

moving opera, it’s a play, it’s a message. I’m not even going

to do any comparisons with that. God knows where my heart

 is at.”

In more recent news of the"Yeezus Tour,"it  is on hold because of a truck crash that destroyed his huge video screen.

The Boston Red Sox won its third World Series title in 10 years, blitzing the Cardinals 6-1 in a definitive Game 6  Wednesday at Fenway Park in Massachussetts

The World Series television rating on Fox was up 17 percent over last year but was the lowest for a matchup that went at least six games.
Boston's 4-2 Series win over St. Louis averaged an 8.9 rating, 15 share and 14.9 million viewers, Nielsen Media Research said Thursday.
San Francisco's four-game sweep of Detroit last year averaged a record-low 7.6/12 and was seen by 12.7 million viewers. That was among only three Series that had lower ratings than this year's, joined by 8.4 ratings for Philadelphia's five-game win over Tampa Bay in 2008 and San Francisco's five-game victory over Texas in 2010.
Boston's 6-1 victory in Wednesday night's clincher received an 11.3/18 and was seen by 19.2 million viewers, baseball's highest rating since Game 7 of the 2011 World Series.
The game, which marked the first title won by the Red Sox at Fenway Park since 1918, drew a 55.2/75 in Boston, the highest MLB rating there since Game 4 of the 2007 World Series. The Boston rating peaked at a 59.5/84 from 11-11:30 p.m., which included the final out and the start of the postgame celebration.

. Hours after Chicago native and the View cohost Jenny MccArthy confessed on Watch What Happens Live that she's "scared of Oprah" and thinks she's one of many people on the media mogul's "s--t list," Winfrey took toTwitter to put McCarthy's mind at ease.
"Jenny McCarthy, [I] don't have a shxt list," the 59-year-old OWN CEO tweeted early on Wednesday, Oct. 30. "If I did you'd never be on it. Wishing you only good fortune, love, and light and watching @TheView."

McCarthy,  was supposed to have a talk show on OWN but told Cohen the tentative deal fell through. "I did a deal with her for five years, but we...kinda shook hands," she explained. "I would be scared she would beat me up."
"Do you think you're on her 'list'?" Cohen asked the star, who was accompanied by her boyfriend, New Kids on the Block singerDonnie Wahlberg.
"I'm sure there's probably a lot of people on her s--t list," the blonde bombshell replied, "but I'm probably number four."

According to http://stlouis.cardinals.mlb.com    While the Cardinals were immersed in their World Series ride, general manager John Mozeliak had to turn his attention to 2014.
"
Free agency will begin in full at 10:59 p.m. CT on Monday, when teams are allowed to begin talking to players who are on the open market. On Thursday, 147 players declared free agency, including four Cardinals: Chris CarpenterRafael FurcalEdward Mujica and Carlos Beltran.
Furcal is not expected to draw interest from the Cards, and Carpenter is poised to retire. Mujica provided exceptional value for his $3.2 million salary in 2013 when he slid into the closer role for the majority of the season. But he ended the season fatigued, and if the right-hander is going to get paid closer money, he'll price himself out of St. Louis.
Beltran represents the most intriguing case. The Cardinals got the desired production out of Beltran's two-year, $26 million deal, but those numbers and Beltran's relatively clean bill of health should help him command multiyear offers from other clubs this winter. The Cards, who have Oscar Taveras on the rise and Allen Craig and Matt Adams already in place, seem hesitant to match that sort of commitment.
The organization has an exclusive negotiating window with Beltran until late Monday night, and also must decide by that point if it wants to make him a one-year, qualifying offer of $14.1 million. If the Cardinals do so, they position themselves to secure a compensation Draft pick if Beltran walks away.
Jake Westbrook will join the free-agent ranks as well, as the Cards declined his $9.5 million mutual option for 2014 on Thursday. The veteran right-hander will receive a $1 million buyout.
In a little more detail, here's a look at what's in store for the Cardinals this Hot Stove season:
Contract issues
Free agents: Chris Carpenter, RHP; Edward Mujica, RHP; Jake Westbrook, RHP; Rafael Furcal, SS; Carlos Beltran OF
Eligible for arbitration: John Axford, RHP; David Freese, 3B; Rob Johnson, C; Jon Jay OF;Fernando Salas, RHP; Daniel Descalso, INF

ST. LOUIS -- St. Louis Rams quarterback Sam Bradford will undergo surgery next Tuesday to repair a torn left knee ligament. He expects to be ready for the opener next season.
"That's the plan," Bradford said Wednesday. "Like I said, just taking it day by day, trying to get better each day during the rehab process, and I'll be back when I'm back."

The surgery will be done by Dr. James Andrews, who also did Bradford's shoulder surgery when he was at Oklahoma.
Bradford said the rest of the knee is intact and that it was a clean tear. On Monday night, he was on the sideline and has attended practices, too.
Bradford was injured on a scramble in the second half of a loss at Carolina in Week 7 when he was pushed out of bounds by Mike Mitchell. He didn't blame the player, saying his foot "just kind of got stuck and the rest of my body kept going, and that's what caused the injury."
