Maatology Productions is prepping for its Los Angeles showcase of the stageplay SNAP HONEY
We are now staging for March 2016. As of this week we are in talks with
T.U. Studios in North Hollywood to book for the play on March 18 and 19.

Melissa McCarthy recently launched her own clothing line with one goal in mind – making fashion fun for everyone.
The actress, 45, admits exclusively in this week's PEOPLE cover story that getting dressed, something she had always enjoyed doing, began to feel more like a chore.
"It had become a daily reminder of all of my imperfections," says McCarthy. "For the first time in my life it had stopped bringing me joy."
She realized she needed to make a change, so she did just that. She changed her attitude and her wardrobe.
"I've been every size under the rainbow, and my sense of style never left me, but my options did," says McCarthy. "I created a fashion line that is for all sizes."
When launching her line, the actress, who is currently in Boston wrapping up filming the Ghostbusters reboot, says she also made sure the pieces in her collection gave women the ability to express how they feel.
"You should be able to wake up and say, 'I am wearing weird boots and leopard pants and a ripped-up T-shirt and a leather jacket and a big bow in my hair,'" says McCarthy, adding that she makes sure to always follow her own fashion advice. "I'm a mom with two kids – and I wear leather pants and cheetah-print and all kinds of crazy stuff."

Despite all of the talk of whether The St Louis Rams will be
leaving St Louis at the end of the 2015 season, the team will start its season Sept 13 at the Edward Jones Dome and it willplay the runner ups of the the 2015 Super Bowl, Seattle Seahawks, The game will be televised on Fox Sports at noon CST.

According to stltoday.com, Grand Center Inc., producers of the New Years Eve event, First Night, have announced this week that it will not throw the party this December 31.
Center officials will reportedly meet with Downtown STL to see if the event can be planned in December 2016.
In a statement on the center's website, former MayorVincent C. Schoemehl Jr., center president and CEO, said the decision "was not arrived at lightly."
"The event has simply outgrown the Grand Center neighborhood." the statement said. "We realize First Night is a New Year’s Eve tradition for many families in our community, so we’ve been working to find an alternate location."
PKTRS radio host/ Paul Harris will have a cameo in the film "Mississippi Grind." It stars Ryan Reynolds and Ben Mendelsohn, who play itinerant gamblers on a road trip.

Filming began in early 2014 in New Orleans. Harris ended up being cast as a featured extra who goes head-to-head with Mendelsohn.
"I don't have a line," Harris said, "because if you say a line, they have to pay you more."

One of our faithful readers wanted us to blast a particular establishment for not serving its alcoholic
drinks in glasses but in plastic cups. The venue, located
on Washington Avenue in downtown St Louis, was used for a couple of popular event promoters for its party over the Labor Day weekend. The clientele was African American. And because of that, the manager--who is not-African American-- allegedly refused to serve beverages in glasses claiming that "blacks break glasses." If this is true, we say WTF?? Last we checked a person's hand slipping from a glass didnt have a color---so what about the non blacks who were there? Were they given glasses because their hands qualified for being non-slippable?
Nonsense. The faithful reader commented on their Facebook page that they all should have dropped their plastic cups with drinks on the floor as protest.
We say DO NOT SUPPORT THOSE WHO DONT SUPPORT YOU. DONT PATRRONIZE IGNORANCE. HIT 'EM WHERE IT HURTS--IN THE POCKET.
