HEY OUTSTAGRS BELOW ARE OUR MIST ANTICIPATED LISTS OF THE BEST (AND NOT SO BEST) DRESSED AT THE 7TH ANNUAL BLACK AND WHITE BALL HOSTED BY NELLY AT THE EXPLORADOME.

BUT BEFORE WE GET STARTED:

Check out YOURS TRULY below who was reppin in the white dinner jacket, black and white checkered scarf, and black derby with white stripe. DAPPED DOWN.

BELOW ARE THE TOP FIVE BEST DRESSED COUPLES

5.CORNELL BOONE AND JAMILIA WILKES
Event promoter Boone kept it traditional in his sixties style  black tux and tie
and his lady, Wilkes wore a black party dress with elegant silver shoulder length
earrings.

4. Asia Cleveland and Kyjuan

Cleveland wore an asymmetrical split black and white dress that was definitely
unique and she complimented her man, St Lunatics rapper Kyjuan who wore black tux with a touch of green in his tie. He is the rare few who could wear sneaks and still keep it upscale. They looked like a hip hop couple.

                                                \

3.Joni Ross and Will Ross

Fashion designer Joni Ross stitched her own gown herself which was very intricate in design which matched well with her husband, event promoter Will Ross who wore a suede black tux jacket. Their outfits complimented each others well.

                       2.Makeda Crane and Teddy Blackett

This couple looked very elegant in black. Crane radiated especially with that silver necklace and bracelet and photographer.promoter Blackett wore his traditional tux with a black bowtie with white trimmings. Both of them enhanced their looks from the other's outfit.

AND THE #1 BEST DRESSED COUPLE WAS:

1. MURPHY LEE AND SEVIIN LI.

Always a best dressed fave at the Balls and this year they did not disappoint. Although he didnt ear a tux rapper Murphy Lee kept it simple in all black with a jazzy stain tan tie that blended well with his lady, singer Seviin Li who wore a nude color see through bodice black gown that blended with her long curly honey brown locks. They complimented each other the most of all the couples who attended this year.

HERE ARE THE TOP FIVE GENTS:

5.This gent had on a very tailored black suit that looked crisp and was cut well. He actually outshone his date's outfit.

4.Yung Ro

Rapper Yung Ro is all grown up these days and he repped well in this tailored black
velvet tux jacket coordinated with a black shirt and gray bowtie. He was another who outshone his date's outfit.

3.MURPHY LEE

St Luntaics member Murphy Lee looked very dapper even without a tux or suit jacket. His attire was accentuated with his jazzed up satin tan tie and rock and roll shades.

2.This gent was one of the few who changed up the color scheme of traditional black tuxes with a white dinner jacket and white hat with black shades. His black Italian styled shoes were quite polished as well.

AND THE NUMBER ONE BEST DRESSED MALE WAS:

1.DEZMOND PERKINS

The former event promoter and STL poet (aka Wordsmith) dropped back in the city to visit while living in parts of Africa to show the gents how to accessorize a well tailored tux. He rocked a snazzy black bowtie with white trimming and a white scarf placed under the collars of the tux flaps. He looked very classy in his attire.

HERE ARE THE TOP FIVE LADIES:

5.Seviin Li (SEE COMMENTS ABOVE)

4.This young lady wore a beautiful stain gown with a white cuffed bracelet and long silver earrings.

3.This lady looked stunning in this silver satin gown accentuated with black streaks.

2.This lady's gown was traditional but the silver straps that cut down the middle was very WOWing.

AND THE NUMBER ONE BEST DRESSED FEMALE WAS:

1.DOMINIQUE BULLOCK

This young lady looked stunning wearing a beautiful speckled black gown with mesh top that radiated and shimmered. Her jewelry was on point and she exemplified an elegance that was not over the top but very understated. Very well dressed indeed!

AND NOW SOME NOT SO BEST DRESSED

We were loss for words when we saw these  two ladies walk the paparazzi area. The one on the lefts hair was  not "ball ready". We think she should had wore a silver dress because although her shoes and purse were nice they didnt accentuate the ho-hum strapless dress she wore. As far as the other lady, now dont get us wrong, we applaud full figured ladies who showcase fashion and beauty, but this gray mesh dress was not flattering at all.

This lady's outfit would had looked better if it didnt have the see through black sleeves and panty hose. Her boots were not a good fashion choice either.

UGH!  No slack pants for ladies at a Ball! NO NO NO (unless its a tux) .  The lady on left's hair and earrings were on point, but her outfit was not for an elegant ball. The lady on the right;s dress looked like mummy wrappings on black. Not flattering!

THEIR OWN STYLE AWARD GOES TO:

Rapper Rucka Puff was definitely one of a kind at the Ball.  He is a unique artist with his own style and we cant fault him from that.  The gold boots was right on time for conversation. Gotta love him for it!
