YOURS TRULY didnt do any traveling last weekend, so we will create some new segments:

FIT TALEZ
Here is a new segment that will be posting weekly:

YOURS TRULY have been in the fitness game for well over 20 years in the St Louis area and I have seen many people come and go at fitness centers and many situations that has left a memory that left more than what was seen:

There was a middle age white guy who used to go to the gym at Bally Total Fitness on Forsyth in Midtown STL who would always rerack the weights when he saw them out of their area. He mainly did that with the dumbbell and the weight plates. Now, mind you, there was a rule where people rerack their weights back in place, but he had taken it to the extreme. Sometime people would use like a dumbbell and put it on the floor in their area work space, maybe go and get some water and before you know it, their weight is gone. There were many times when people would tell him, "Im still using that weight," to the point where one guy, a gym head black guy  who used to play for the St Louis Rams  got into a confrontation with him about reracking his weight without him finishing and the gym head said "Keep talking shit." Well, the white guy got spooked and went to tell the manager of their  intense tete a tete. Well, on that day, he cooled down on his reracking but did it stop him from that day on? Of course he didnt.

LOL

                                                         WHO'Z SMILIN?

Who do these smiles belong to?

For this week, I have one

As I was driving down Market in St Louis one morning, I saw a guy riding one of those Lime Scooters on the side of the street and he had his dog on a leash who was sprinting to keep up with him. I was like WTF! Those scooters are already a safety hazard but holding onto a running dog while riding one is utterly STOOPID.

Now what could have happened were the following scenarios :

A. The dog could have tripped and the guy would've slid the dog with the leash.

B.The guy could have let go of the leash and the dog still trying to follow his master.

OR

C.He could have tripped up on the scooter, falling into traffic as his dog runs out of the way of danger.

LOL
